General Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Stay

We welcome you to Green Haven and hope that you enjoy your stay. We ask that you are respectful to our staff and follow the simple T’s and C’s outlined below.

Caravanners & Campers

• By entering The Park you are agreeing to Green Haven’s Terms and Conditions of Stay outlined here.
• Check in is 12 noon to 6pm. Late / early arrival fees are applicable. No registrations from 8pm onwards.
• Cable gate is locked at 8pm. If you are returning to your site after 8pm please inform the Camp Host who will advise you on late entry.
• Each powered site has 1 electric plug in only.
• Unpowered sites are not to plug any electrical appliance into any power sockets.
• Please use only one high energy appliance at a time in the Camp Kitchen so as not to overload the power board and cause it to trip.
• Showers and other facilities are strictly for the use of paying guests only.
• Mops and buckets are left at the ablution block; please be courteous and mop after showering if you have got water on the floor.
• Washing of any vehicle with a hose is not permitted. Our water supply is limited and brought in by trucks.
• Children must be supervised at all times for their safety and out of respect for other guests.
• Speed limit is 8km/h which is walking pace.
• No music at any time except for organised charity events. We pride ourselves on having a quiet park and noise travels further than you might think.
• No noise from 10pm.
• Large items of rubbish are not to be discarded at The Park but taken with you. We have to take such items to the tip which is not cheap.
• No rubbish or cardboard to be put in the “Containers for Change” bins.
• The BBQ is cleaned by us every day. Please clean the BBQ after use so that it is clean for others to use after you. Cleaning products are left next to the BBQ for your use. If these cleaning products have run out please inform one of our Camp Hosts.
• Please leave the camp kitchen in a tidy state for others to use after you.
• All fire restrictions must be complied with.

Accommodation

• When you make a booking you are agreeing to Green Haven’s Terms and Conditions outline here.
• Check in for accommodation is from 2pm onwards.
• Our Check in system is contactless. Please ensure you read the instructions in your confirmation email.
• Our cable gate is locked at 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm please let us know so we can provide instructions on entry.
• Furniture is not to be rearranged in any of our accommodation units.
• Futons are not to be slept on without prior arrangement. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require the use of a futon so we can make it up for you.
• You must inform management at the time of booking if you have a pet with you.
• Washing of any vehicle with a hose is not permitted.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Speed limit is 8km/h which is walking pace.
• No music at any time except for organised charity events.
• No loud noise from 10pm.
• Management reserves the right of entry.
• Keep doors and fly screens closed.
• Strictly no smoking in the units and please close doors and windows so the smoke does not get into your room/chalet.
• Keys that are taken or lost are charged @ $50 for replacement.

Cleaning & Damages

• A cleaning fee will apply if the chalet / room is left in an untidy state or with dishes unwashed.
• All items that are broken or damaged during you stay will be charged for accordingly.

Payments

• Please note that credit / debit card details are required to secure a booking but payment is taken on the day of arrival.
• If payment is made by card a surcharge is applicable at 1.70% MasterCard, 1.85% Visa.

Booking Cancellations

• 72 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Electric Vehicle Charging

• Electric vehicles are not inclusive of powered sites or Accommodation Units.

Pet Policy

• Our park is pet friendly, but note that this is is subject to you agreeing to certain conditions. Please read our Pet Policy.
